Bob Mione has been a member of Intercoiffure America since 1973.  As the First Vice President, he was selected to represent the organization at the World Congress in Paris, France and Hamburg, Germany.
 

Mr. Mione was the former owner of two Papillon Salons on Long Island which specialized in trend-setting hair, make-up fashions, and spa services. Presently based in Florida, Mr. Mione continues to be a leader in the beauty industry.  
 

He has lectured on an education level for the beauty industry representing such companies as L’oreal, Clairol, Zotos, Wella and Revlon as color and education styles director.  As a consultant for these companies, he has guided the marketing of many new products. His Papillon styling team was the main education team for Fairchild’s Beauty Show in Miami, and as guest artist for Fairchild’s Texturizing Conference in New York.
 

A Charter Board Member of International Hair Color Exchange, he has appeared on television and radio talk shows both as an artist and beauty industry leader.
 

Among his many honors, are the Knighthood Award from Intercoiffure America, and the Intercoiffure International Officer Award.  He also is the recipient of the International Commanders Medal and the International Personality of the Year-2002.  Mr. Mione is the former Regional President of Mondial Intercoiffure, US/Canada. Mr. Mione is also the founder and co-owner of BobCat Beauty Consultants Inc., an entrepreneurial, energetic group of beauty industry professionals offering comprehensive strategic business solutions for manufacturers, distributors, salons, and schools.  

With over 30 years experience in the professional beauty industry as a top colorist, make-up artist, stylist, salon owner, educator, business strategist and brand builder, Cathy Pedulla’s expertise, passion and knowledge of the industry is dynamic.   Ms. Pedulla’s management, education, retail, and hands-on workshop experience has enabled her to work with the best in our industry. 

She has been featured in ”W”, Modern Salon Magazine, American Salon, Launchpad, Sophisticated Styles, Salon News, and other industry publications. Her industry accolades include the 1999 Intercoiffure Professional Excellence Award and the 2001 Intercoiffure Shining Star Award.    

Cathy Pedulla is also the founder and co-owner of BobCat Consulting Inc., an entrepreneurial, energetic group of beauty industry professionals offering comprehensive strategic business solutions for manufacturers, distributors, salons, and schools.    

Ms. Pedulla has presented at numerous seminars and education programs including 3 “Best of the Beauty Business” programs, Fairchild Publications’ Beauty Cruise seminars and Color Cluster Classes 2002. In addition, she has graced stages on behalf of several leading industry manufacturers at Intercoiffure events throughout the U.S. For 15 years, Ms. Pedulla was the show/events planner for the Intercoiffure organization.

Damion Devine is a Lifetime achiever in the beauty industry. Born into the industry, his family owned a chain of 17 independent salons. His personal career started as a manager of a small chain of salons in Florida, where he exercised his talents to revitalize every portion of those businesses into a profit center. 

Specializing in education and color theory, he shifted his career into over a decade of field sales in distribution and professional consulting. During that period he was awarded the status of the million dollar sales consultant and certified as a business and promotional planner. 

He has worked as a regional manager of sales and education nationally and internationally in the industry, promoting natural and organic products. Specializing in education and the marketing of business plans for salons and spa’s, he helped to pave the way for health and wellness services in our industry today. 

He is excited to inspire and motivate professionals with in the world of Hair Color. Through education and partnering with companies he is ready to promote business and marketing strategies focusing on total body wellness.

Elizabeth Cruickshank, DBA is a dynamic strategist and innovator with more than 20 years of experience in business development, and strategic partnerships. 

She is regularly recognized as an effective problem solver and collaborative team player. She  regularly partners with key senior leaders to create, manage, and execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver results. 

Her experience spans the areas of competitive marketing and strategy development; public relations and advertising campaigns; winning government and commercial proposal development; business and venture capital plans; and corporate re-branding. As a certified Master Project Manager, she has implemented and managed the product development life cycle from concept through launch for multiple corporate and small business clients.

Dr. Cruickshank was previously the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at a boutique consulting firm, and worked as a Senior Director of Product Development for a national managed care organization. She also has successfully improved growth strategies and customer relationships for a variety of corporate  and start-up organizations.
